Project Overview

Waters Micromass have three large research & test facilities located in Wythenshawe & Altrincham. The work undertaken has included the provision of cooling, heating & ventilation for office personnel. In addition, test laboratories have required cooling to accommodate varying heat loads for which inverter systems have been installed to provide energy efficient and effective environmental control. At the Floats Road site, Class 10,000 clean rooms have been fitted & independently validated on completion. Following commissioning and handover, Waters Micromass have entered into full preventative maintenance contracts with Temperature Control to cover all systems installed.

Project Description

VRF systems to provide office air conditioning, large capacity inverter split systems to provide cooling to high heat load test areas, installation of Class 10,000 clean rooms. Full preventative maintenance contract for all systems installed.
