Trigate House (formally Quadrant West) was purchased by a major property developer specialising in the refurbishment of commercial offices, as part of a major refurbishment that included over cladding the exterior of the building and creating a new reception the air conditioning was replaced on all vacant floors.
Project Description
Daikin VRV2 heat recovery air conditioning to the second, Fifth and Sixth floors together with the reception area and adjacent meeting room. The existing ventilation system was modified with additional extract systems added to the toilets.
