Temperature Control Limited provided the heat loss and gain calculations in order to design and build heating and cooling systems to the new Handlesbanken office suite. The key challenges were to provide energy efficient operation and a high level of comfort conditions in the office space and break out areas to fit the budget.
Project Description
A single Mitsubishi Electric Air Source Heat Recovery system was used to the office accommodation, to provide simultaneous heating and cooling to the various offices, meeting rooms, board room, lobby area and breakout area.
