Maintenance Overview
After a successful installation of 450 Samsung fan coil units with 45 external condensing units by Temperature Control Limited, we were then asked to maintain the Air Conditioning system.
Travelodge signed up to our Planned Preventative Maintenance contract (PPM) scheme, which offers a cost effective solution to maintain the warranty whilst providing compliance with current legislation for the operation of the equipment.
Temperature Control Limited is a member of REFCOM Elite, offering full site and refrigerant use auditing. This is the industry standard requirement for the control of refrigerant use and ensures that all our maintenance procedures comply with current regulations and legal requirements.
Hotel air conditioning should always be maintained to a high standard. Not only to prevent harmful leaks, but so that guests can experience the utmost comfort.
